• Prepayment required !! 30% of the total cost. Reservations without prepayment are considered non-guaranteed. Prepayment must be paid within 3 working days. If within 3 working days the hotel does not receive an advance payment, the reservation can be canceled.
• Minimum stay of guests New Year and Christmas period - 5 nights.
If canceled up to 20 days before the date of arrival, a penalty will be charged in the amount of the advance payment.
